How personal information is processed within the Codice Fiscale Online service.

Data we process

We may process identity, contact, address, birth details and the identity document supplied by the customer in order to provide the service.

Purpose

Data is used to receive the order, verify information, prepare and process documentation, communicate with the customer, process payment and meet applicable legal/accounting obligations.

Identity documents

Identity documents are encrypted server-side using AES-256-GCM before storage and access is restricted to authenticated administrative processes.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. The service does not store full card details.

Retention

Personal data should be retained only for as long as required to provide the service, deal with claims and meet legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection.
